Lauren Currie OBE is an internationally recognised authority on design and innovation, and how they can be harnessed for social good.
As the Managing Director NOBL in the UK and Europe, Currie leads a global change agency that helps world-famous organisations design their culture. She is also founder of #UPFRONT– a start-up born from her experience of often being the only woman speaker at conferences, and also a commitment to helping others build their confidence through workshops, coaching and consulting.
Currie is also a trustee of The Design Council and the chairperson of Pregnant Then Screwed.
During her career, Currie also co-founded Snook – one of the UK’s leading service design agencies. She was named by Elle Magazine as one of the ”30 Women Under 30 Who Are Changing the World” and also recognised by Management Today as one of the ”UK’s Top 35 Business Women Under 35”.
In 2017, Lauren was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours for her services to design and diversity.
